Traveling has always been my favorite pastime.
It has created some of the most cherished memories I have with my family and led me to discover worlds outside of my own. It even inspired me to start my travel blog, It’s About the Destination. I have always been enthralled with not only the experiences travel has provided, but also the welcoming and gracious manner in which those who work in the hospitality industry treat their guests.
As a travel connoisseur, I have visited 46 states, 14 countries, and 4 continents so far. I have had some of the best experiences the hospitality industry can offer and some of the worst. This has provided me with many opportunities to develop keen insights into what creates hospitality best practices. Choosing the hospitality industry as my coaching niche enables me to utilize my expertise to fulfill my passion of helping businesses in the hospitality industry grow, and I have the experience and knowledge to do it successfully.
Use my extensive travel experience to discover what changes are needed to improve your standards of excellence, guest experiences, brand perception and reputation and customer reviews. My fresh set of eyes and attention to detail can help you to uncover blind spots often overlooked by management, but frequently found by guests.
Creating a memorable experience for your guests is the reason you are in the hospitality business. Your ratings and reviews are some of the most utilized tools that potential guests use to decide whether to choose you to play a part in creating their next memorable experience.
I get it! As a world traveler, I have done this myself for years.
That is why I can partner with you with confidence to help you create the quality of excellence that your guests expect.
As Your Hospitality Partner, you will get a certified executive, business, and marketing coach with an M.B.A. degree and event planner certification. With my credentials and experience, you can be confident that I understand the importance of the impact of standards of excellence in all aspects of your operation. This is one of the most impactful things that can affect the customer or guest experience, create long-lasting memories, and influence your brand reputation and growth.
